Tips for Successful Vacation Rental Ads

Take quality pictures of the rental property and surrounding area. Good clear photographs are an essential difference between a successful vacation rental property and unsuccessful one. Use at least four photographs for your listing, 10 photographs are premium and present the best view of your property. Renters want to see what they are getting for their money. After you take your photographs archive them in digital format so you can upload them to your vacation rental website. Remember to downsize your pictures so you can upload easily. 

Prepare a Description of the Property in clear and concise terms. List all of your amenities, bedrooms, bathrooms and any extras you have that make your property special. Remember you are marketing your property on the Internet and will have hundreds if not thousands of people reviewing your ad. Proof read your writing before posting.
